Leadership Development Partner

We are seeking a Leadership Development Partner to co-design, execute, and evolve the leadership development approach for leaders and managers across Starling, and to optimise the performance of leadership teams during a critical period of leadership transformation and scaling.

Requirements

• Programme design and delivery
• Team effectiveness and interventions
• Coaching and advisory
• Significant experience in both leadership development and OD/Team Effectiveness
• Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating high-impact leadership programs
