Operational Risk Manager

We are seeking an experienced risk expert to join our team as an Operational Risk Manager, responsible for leading the design and automation of risk Management Information, setting standards for Events management and reporting, and providing independent oversight and assurance reviews.

Requirements

• Expertise in operational risk practices and enterprise risk management frameworks
• Experience in GRC system administration and data analysis
• Strong written communication skills and ability to translate complex information into clear and concise presentations and reports
• Problem-solving and initiative skills, with a track record of effective problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to constructively challenge stakeholders and build effective relationships across teams
• Flexibility and resilience in adapting to new challenges and evolving business and regulatory environment
