Senior Compliance Officer (9-month FTC)

We are seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to provide second line of defence (2LoD) regulatory compliance advice and guidance to our first line of defence (1LoD) / business teams. The successful candidate will have a deep working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to compliance and financial services.

Requirements

• Provide product specific advice on a day-to-day basis
• Build strong relationships with 1LoD teams
• Support the development/implementation of conduct risk and compliance frameworks and policies
• Oversee the submission of SMF applications to the Regulators
• Approve and sign off financial promotions and marketing
• Identify key Conduct and Compliance risks
