Senior Product Designer - Engine by Starling

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team at Engine by Starling, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) business that powers Starling Bank. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing thoughtful, accessible experiences for customers and businesses, and will be able to lead design work across multiple product areas, solving complex problems with product owners and tech leads.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a UX / Product Designer
• Experience working with design systems, tools, and research platforms
• Ability to design thoughtful, accessible experiences for customers and businesses
• Accomplished visual design quality
• Experience planning and running research methods to test and evaluate ideas
• Ability to communicate complex design decisions and strategies persuasively to all audiences and stakeholders
