Requirements
- Manage all Admin for All Lobs
- Coordinate with the team, follow up and Issue any kind of requested documentation
- Ensure company, market and client related documentation are issued accurately and on time
- Participate, understand and assist in the implementation and improvement of the Underwriting Process of the branch
- Manage/execute all tasks relating to an efficient office operation
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents as required
- Assist the Credit Control team in the management and/or resolution of any queries relating to the Spanish branch accounting
- Log all bound, quoted, working and declined risks into the business log immediately in a timely manner
- Develop broker relationships through regular interactions on documentation and premiums
- Conduct or assist, in marketing and other research projects as required by the branch
- Manage TOBA and compliance procedures with new brokers requests coordinating with UWters following the process and filling
