Seeking a Mechanical Oil & Gas Lead Fabricator to lead the team and fabricate products in a manufacturing environment, with experience in oil & gas fabrication and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Lead and motivate the team
- Report and redline drawings
- Review drawings and BOM
- Train new fabricators
- Operate forklifts and manlifts
- Instruct and direct team members
- Maintain a clean and safe working area
- Assemble and test equipment
- Use various mechanical skills and tools
- Perform welding processes and testing
- Prepare units for shipment
