We are seeking a people-first, delivery-focused Engineering Manager to join our global team at StarRez. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for building and evolving team culture and practice to support high-performing engineering teams. You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, and Quality and your Engineering team to deliver high-quality software solutions to our customers.

• 4+ years managing cross-functional agile software development teams
• 1+ years experience working on a SaaS platform
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Strong practical knowledge of Engineering Process and Management
