Licensed Vocational Nurse

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED, HiSET, etc.) required
• Graduation from an accredited school of licensed vocational nursing, graduation from an accredited school of psychiatric technology, or associate’s degree in nursing or social sciences preferred
• One (1) year nursing experience required, preferably treating the mentally ill in an inpatient setting
• A valid California LVN or LPT license is required
• Valid CPR certification required within 30 days of employment
• Valid ProAct certification required within 30 days of employment
