Job Description
We are seeking a Volunteer & VIP Administrator to support our Foundation department in Calgary. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of administrative experience and strong organizational and communication skills. As a member of our team, you will be an ambassador for our life-saving mission and work with our allies to make a difference in people's lives.
Requirements
- 2ā3 years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office and Raiser's Edge
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
