Social Media Manager (m/w/d)

We are Start to Finish, a recruiting boutique for e-commerce startups in the German-speaking region. Our customer is a leading men's wellbeing brand in Germany with a strong social media base. As a Social Media Manager, you will work with the Head of Brand to develop a unified strategy and content across all platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building and scaling social media channels (at least 5-6 digit)
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, as well as organic growth mechanisms
• Experience with analytics, reporting, and data-driven content and channel management
• Experience working with content creators
• Structured, independent work style with a strong ownership mindset and high communication strength
