Intern – Growth & Partnerships (m/w/d) Berlin

We're looking for an intern to support strategic initiatives within the Growth & Partnerships team, with a focus on research, concept development, and operational execution. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and be currently enrolled in a Master's or MBA program.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience (startups, consulting, growth, partnerships, operations)
• Currently enrolled in a Master’s or MBA program, or possessing a comparable qualification.
• Comfortable with both operational execution and strategic thinking
• Structured, reliable, and proactive
• Interested in startup ecosystems and systems — not just individual companies
• Willing to take ownership of foundational operational work
