Job Description
The client is a private venture capital firm focused on early stage start ups in Thailand and South East Asia. They are looking to take on high calibre associates and business analysts to help source, evaluate, and execute investments.
Requirements
- Source and identify compelling new investment opportunities
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments
- Build a strong investment thesis and present compelling cases to the investment committee
- Actively participate in deal negotiation and execution
- Manage and maintain relationships with startup founders and industry players
- Support portfolio companies with strategic guidance and problem-solving
