Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving customer acquisition for our platform (B2C), and developing strategic plans to expand our B2B customer base.
Requirements
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive service usage (B2C).
- Plan and implement campaigns to acquire and nurture B2B clients.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and ROI analysis.
- Oversee all online and offline marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, events, partnerships, and PR.
- Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, including hiring and team development as needed.
- Report marketing performance results regularly to leadership with actionable insights.
