Job Description
Our client is a leading Southeast Asian investment platform democratizing venture capital to empower early-stage startups. They go beyond just providing capital to portfolio companies, also providing resources and mentorship to unlock the startup’s potential and build a more inclusive and sustainable future for the region.
Requirements
- Manage the platform's portfolio and conduct diligence based on sector trends, competitive landscape, investment thesis, risk analysis, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies by conducting periodic audits and risk assessments.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including financial analysis, market research, and competitor analysis, with a focus on investment risks.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to portfolio companies to help them achieve their growth and performance targets.
- Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and prepare reports for the Investment Committee and the platform’s members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with startup founders, ecosystem enablers, industry experts, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Attend networking events and conferences to promote the platform and build a strong network within the startup founders’ communities across Thailand and Southeast Asia.
