2027 Hotel Asset Management Summer Analyst

The 2027 Hotel Asset Management Summer Analyst internship at Starwood Capital Group is a 9-week program that provides highly motivated summer interns with a high level of responsibility and the opportunity to work directly with senior management. Summer Interns will participate in a variety of specialized trainings and assist with business plan development and implementation for the hotel asset management team.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
• Development and/or real estate cash flow modeling experience
• Strong quantitative and technical/computer skills (including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
• A true self-starter capable of accomplishing complicated tasks with limited supervision
