Requirements

• Apply knowledge of the financial markets and real assets lending to source, negotiate and close attractive insurance investments
• Willingness to learn and apply insurance regulatory knowledge
• Ability to understand and help structure insurance fund solutions
• Interact with origination teams across the broader Starwood platform to identify attractive insurance investment opportunities
• Work with the team to develop and execute marketing outreach directly to insurance clients
• Review transaction opportunities and evaluate their suitability for insurance companies
• Develop effective and collaborative working relationships with the firm's different origination and underwriting teams
