Analyst, Private Investments

Jaws Estates Capital is seeking an Analyst for its investment team to support the ongoing growth of its portfolio. This individual will participate in all aspects of the firm’s activities, analyzing new opportunities, monitoring existing investments, and conducting portfolio-level reporting.

Requirements

• Strong undergraduate academic record
• 1-4 years' experience in investment banking, management consulting, accounting, private equity, investment management, or M&A/corporate development
• Strong quantitative skills including financial accounting and modelling
• Detail oriented with an ability to translate data into relevant insights/investment recommendations
• Strong presentation drafting/development as well as verbal/written communication skills
• Professional maturity, highest level of integrity and accountability
• Natural intellectual curiosity which leads to asking probing and insightful questions
• A self-starter with a high sense of urgency and self-discipline to follow things through
• Desire to work in a team-oriented, high agency, collegial atmosphere
• Team player who views personal success as the success of the team
