Job Description
Support SREIT's valuation and performance reporting processes, analyzing property performance and creating financial models for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business or related area
- 1-3 years relevant experience in portfolio management, real estate valuation, acquisitions, asset management, or finance
- Experience with open-ended real estate fund finance, valuations and performance reporting
- Familiarity with financial modeling, including discounted cash flow analyses
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
