Job Description
Assists in the preparation, cooking, and serving of food in a state facility. Prepares ingredients, serves meals, and maintains cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
Requirements
- Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring ingredients.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure that all food is prepared and stored at the correct temperatures.
- Serve meals to residents, employees, or clients, ensuring that portions are appropriate, and food is served at the correct temperature.
