MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

The Maintenance Specialist provides essential support in managing the day-to-day maintenance operations within a facility or building complex. This role is focused on coordinating routine maintenance activities, processing work orders, and assisting in scheduling repairs and inspections.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in maintenance coordination or facilities management
• Familiarity with basic tools and equipment, such as hammers, drills, and hand tools
• Ability to identify minor issues and determine practical solutions under the guidance of more experienced personnel
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with maintenance team members
• Capacity to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and walking on various surfaces, which are common in maintenance duties
