The Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) is seeking a Government Analyst II to work in the Bureau of Medicaid Quality. The successful candidate will coordinate and monitor quality improvement programs and initiatives within the Florida Medicaid Program, maintain knowledge of federal regulations, state statutes, and industry trends, and provide management consultant services to assist the Agency in meeting its goals related to the Medicaid program and to improve health outcomes for the Medicaid population.
Requirements
- Three years of professional experience in systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, program evaluation, engineering or administrative work
- Knowledge of basic management principles and practices
- Knowledge of the methods of data collection and analysis
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
