Job Description
The Office of Criminal Conflict & Civil Regional Counsel, First Region, is seeking a full-time attorney to represent clients in various court hearings, including jury trials, non-jury trials, and motion practice, with a focus on Criminal Defense and/or Civil dependency and termination of parental rights cases.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years' legal experience
- Member in good standing with The Florida Bar
- Ability to cover cases on multiple dockets in both criminal and civil areas
