The Florida Department of Children and Families is seeking an Epidemiologist to work in the Office of Recovery for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health office. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player who works seamlessly across all sections within the program office.

Requirements

• Conducts public health surveillance and epidemiological investigations
• Assists in developing and implementing the Florida Opioid Epidemic Response Plan
• Coordinates response efforts with epidemiologists working on opioid response in other state and local health departments in Florida
