Conducts eligibility review, performs preliminary document reviews, and provides technical assistance as a subject matter expert for the CDBG-DR program of Rebuild Florida.

Requirements

• Knowledge of contract and grant management.
• Knowledge of State Purchasing procedures.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and ability to operate computer software with a high level of efficiency
• Ability to coordinate and manage program activities with other partners
• Ability to demonstrate adaptability and flexibility and handle multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
• Ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy, customer service, or ethics
• Ability to conduct research and provide reports and analyses as required
• Ability to interpret statutes, administrative rules, and federal regulations
• Ability to utilize problem solving techniques
