Job Description
This position is highly responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating public health programs to improve health outcomes in Wakulla County. This position coordinates community health outreach efforts or program implementation designed to improve health outcomes in Wakulla County.
Requirements

- Ability to maintain organization
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written to various audiences
- Ability to maintain a program budget and expenses
- Ability to collect and analyze data, and to prepare reports
- Ability to plan, develop, and deliver health promotion and public health education services
- Knowledge of computer software to enhance the productivity of the CHD programs
- Knowledge of use of various programs for graphic designing and/or presentations
- Knowledge of Quality Improvement practices
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of health promotion and public health education
- Skilled in public speaking and teaching
