LAW ENFORCEMENT INVESTIGATOR II - 79000862

This is an opportunity to serve as a state law enforcement officer in Florida. Employees demonstrating advanced investigative and critical thinking skills normally excel within this Bureau. Employees are challenged with shifting seamlessly from regulatory investigators to law enforcement officers during their investigative activities.

Requirements

• Must hold a current active Florida Law Enforcement Officer certification
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of sworn law enforcement experience
• Must currently possess and maintain a valid State of Florida Driver's License
• Must reside within 70 air miles of the Orlando District Office at the time of employment by the time of hire
• Must pass a law enforcement level 2 background screening
• Must successfully complete an internal training program
• Must have a safe driving history
