Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance and Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage the maintenance operations within a facility or organization at the Taylor Correctional Institution in the Maintenance Department. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient and effective functioning of equipment, machinery, and infrastructure, while ensuring safety, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 9 years of experience in maintenance trade
- Technical Certification in maintenance trade or degree from accredited college/university
- Experience in plant maintenance and building construction
- Two or more years of supervisory experience
