Job Description
Requisition No: 872014. OPS AGRICULTURAL TECHNICIAN II position at Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The incumbent is responsible for exotic fruit fly detection, public relations, field diagnostic and sampling, regulatory activities, and emergency programs.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, or humid temperature environments.
- Ability to walk on uneven ground and in inclement weather.
- Ability to deal with the public and team members in a professional and courteous manner.
