Job Description
The Florida Department of Veterans' Affairs seeks a Planning Analyst to oversee the Electronic Health Record System (EHRS) and provide support for the Homes Program (Long-Term Care Division). The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing organizational processes, maintaining security, and providing technical solutions to user needs.
Requirements
- Two years of working experience with Microsoft 365.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 product features, functionality, and utilization.
- Two years of experience managing, supporting, or administering business systems and/or technology.
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand technical terms and manuals and to communicate information to both technical and non-technical users.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the state of Florida on extended overnight trips.
