Job Description
The position is responsible for providing support coordination to consumers with special needs, resulting from a developmental disability. Employees in this position will maintain orderly client central records in the APD iConnect system, perform complex and detailed reviews of multiple documents, and complete multiple tasks related to the Pre-Enrollment Workstream.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or its equivalent
- Valid Driver's License or other efficient means of transportation
- Case management experience
- Customer service experience
