SENIOR HUMAN SERVICES PROGRAM SPECIALIST - 60046518 1

The Senior Human Services Program Specialist will be responsible for conducting secondary Quality Control case reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state SNAP regulations. The Specialist will analyze error trends and develop corrective training initiatives. Additionally, the Specialist will provide policy and procedural guidance to QC staff, regional coordinators, and internal stakeholders. Travel may be required, including overnight travel.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience determining eligibility for Food Assistance
• 2 years of experience monitoring or conducting Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) quality control Food Assistance review
• Valid driver's license
• Experience conducting QMS Quality Assurance Case Readings
• Knowledge of SNAP, Medicaid, and TCA policy
• Expertise in the FLORIDA system, The Worker Portal, and other ESS systems
• Proficiency in the use of computers, web-based systems, and Microsoft Office applications
