Lead Developer (Information Systems Analyst II, Option A)

The Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) is seeking a qualified candidate to work as a Lead Developer supporting the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH). The position involves interpreting data and procedural applications to address problems and situations, performing complex technical and advisory functions, and mentoring lower-level professional staff.

Requirements

• Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to four (4) years of college with course work in computer science or directly related fields.
• Requires three (3) years of professional experience in application services or a related Information Technology field.
• Requires ability to mentor, guide, and provide work leadership to lower-level application developers.
