Job Description
This position manages the RICA-Baltimore electronic policy and procedure platform, Acadia, such that employees have immediate access to current regulations alongside facility-specific guidance to promote continuous Joint Commission survey readiness and accreditation. This position uses business principles to plan, organize, collaborate with staff, direct and control the systematic and timely review and revision of policies, procedures, and associated forms. Additionally, this position fosters consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the Regional Institute for Children and Adolescents-Baltimore's (RICA-Baltimore) operations.
Requirements
- High school degree
- Two years of experience performing administrative staff, clerical, clerical technical, or secretarial work
