Job Description
The Maryland Department of Labor, Division of Unemployment Insurance is seeking a full-time, permanent Claims Agent to serve as a Benefits Customer Agent, assisting individuals with Unemployment Insurance benefits.
Requirements
- Answering inbound calls in a timely manner
- Identifying customer needs and resolving issues
- Entering claimant information into BEACON mainframe data system
- Routing calls to the appropriate departments or resources
