Registered Nurse Senior - Quality RN

The primary purpose of this job is to utilize advanced nursing skills to assess, promote and educate nursing staff in the nursing programs defined to give quality care to our residents. To implement and monitor quality metrics, standards of care, policy and regulatory compliance and when issues are identified to work with the quality assurance team on quality improvement activities.

Requirements

• Current Minnesota Registered Nurse Licensure with no restrictions
• 2 years RN experience in a healthcare facility
• Experience in health assessment and providing education to nursing staff in quality care and case management
