Job Description
To be considered for this position, you must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of job-related experience in health programming or health education. The position is located in the Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities Division and oversees the planning, implementation, and contract management of prevention and recovery activities under the SAMHSA Grants and behavioral health interventions within the treatment, recovery, and prevention settings.
Requirements
- Knowledge of evidence-based programming for substance use disorders
- Knowledge of program development and quality improvement practices
- Knowledge of federal and state laws related to grants and contracts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
