Job Description
We are seeking a Public Defender to serve as a defense attorney for indigent clients and other persons in criminal and civil cases. The Public Defender will represent clients in court, provide legal defense, and advocate for justice and dignity for clients and their families.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school
- Membership in the State Bar of Montana
- Previous experience in criminal defense preferred
