Job Description
The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services is seeking a Support Services Assistant to coordinate scheduling of Consultative Examination appointments and provide administrative assistance to the Disability Determination Services.
Requirements
- Ability to provide effective and professional customer service.
- Ability to maintain a consistent work schedule and demonstrate good attendance.
- Ability to participate as part of a team and work well with others.
- Ability to make independent decisions and handle daily challenges effectively.
- Meet minimum qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years of job-related work experience such as appointment scheduling, medical records, or related areas.
- Experience working with electronic records and medical terminology preferred.
