Job Description
The Assistant Commandant assists the Commandant of Cadets with program development, administration, and oversight of staff and cadets for the Oklahoma Youth Challenge Program. The role involves supervising personnel, managing day-to-day operations, and providing guidance and counseling to staff and cadets.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree and/or 4 years equivalent experience with youth program management
- Senior military leadership experience preferred (NCO or Officer)
- Experience in operating, managing an organization
- Experience working with youth required
