Attorney I

The Implied Consent Staff Attorney position is responsible for performing professional legal representation for Service Oklahoma, primarily in the area of implied consent litigation. Professional legal research and representation may be required in other areas related to driver license and motor vehicle services.

Requirements

• Ensures compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Prepares various briefs, pleadings, motions, petitions, and other legal documents
• Assembles legal materials, agency data, documents, and pleadings for court cases
