Job Description
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work as part of a highly skilled multi-discipline team of professionals to provide short-term crisis response, stabilization and intervention for individuals experiencing a mental health or chemical dependency crisis.
Requirements
- Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a licensed practical nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing
- 3 years of practical nursing experience (for Level III)
- 1 year of practical nursing experience (for Level II)
- Must be able to pass an OSBI background
- Must possess a US driver’s license to perform job related travel if necessary
