Job Description
The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant for the Litigation Unit. The Legal Assistant will provide legal assistance to multiple attorneys with the preparation and management of pleadings, briefs, exhibits, correspondence, discovery, and other court filings.
Requirements
- Knowledge of ECF and traditional state and federal filing procedures and rules
- 10th Circuit filing procedures and rules are a plus
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
