Oklahoma Solicitor General Fellowship

The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is seeking a one-year fellowship to defend Oklahoma's interests in federal and state courts. The fellow will have the opportunity to research and draft briefs before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the Oklahoma Supreme Court.

Requirements

• Be licensed and admitted to practice law in at least one state or have admission pending
• Have demonstrated outstanding research and writing skills
• Have a familiarity with and interest in federal constitutional law and statutory interpretation, and an interest in Oklahoma constitutional law
• Have judicial clerkship experience, particularly at the federal appellate level, is strongly favored
