The Registered Nurse III provides direct care services at county health departments, focusing on quality improvement efforts and community health initiatives. The position requires assessing health status, developing plans, and implementing nursing interventions. The ideal candidate will have a valid Oklahoma license as a registered nurse and one year of professional nursing experience, or a Bachelor's in Nursing and two years of experience.
Requirements
- Possession of a valid Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or, Registered Nurse License recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
- One year of professional nursing experience, OR, a Bachelor's in Nursing and possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a Registered Nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or, Registered Nurse License recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) and two years of professional nursing experience in a field of nursing appropriate to the health care setting
