Registered Nurse II

Vermont Veterans' Home (VVH) is seeking a Registered Nurse II to develop and manage nursing care plans, instruct patients and families, and provide person-centered care in a skilled nursing facility. This full-time, permanent position offers a range of services for long-term and short-stay admits. The role is currently recruiting for evenings and nights with differential pay based on hours worked.

Requirements

• Possession of, or eligible for, licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Vermont OR eligible to practice in the state of Vermont via a multi-state license AND two (2) years or more of professional nursing experience
• Possession of, or eligible for, licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Vermont OR eligible to practice in the state of Vermont via a multi-state license AND one (1) year or more of experience as a Registered Nurse I with the State of Vermont
