Alpha Client Implementation Manager, Vice President

We are looking for an experienced Project/Program management candidate with in-depth experience of the full lifecycle of complex FS technology and services projects. The candidate should be able to lead and collaborate across State Street and Charles River products and services, represent the STT enterprise culture traits and behaviours, and deliver the Alpha solution to our clients.

Requirements

• Leadership role on client-facing Alpha implementation programmes
• Oversee and manage significant elements or phases of a client implementation programme
• Plan and monitor progress, resolve issues, and initiate corrective action
• Communicate guidance and decisions to Program and Product owners
• Support the design of program milestones and sequencing
• Make decisions and recommendations to the Client Implementation Executive and Client
• Monitor expenditure costs against delivered and realised benefits
• Provide insight for solutions and develop in-depth knowledge of assigned project and/or product(s)
• Support capturing of business requirements and managing risk to the program's successful outcome
