Alternative Investment Admininstration Services, Vice President

The Private Market team at State Street is seeking a Vice President to provide administrative and analytical solutions to institutional investors in Private Equity and Real Estate. The successful candidate will oversee the review and validation of private equity transactions, manage offshore teams, and ensure the processing and management of expense and transaction payments for client investments.

Requirements

• Competent to Expert with a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business management
• 6-8 years of related experience in transfer agency, private equity fund of funds, or private equity fund accounting
• Experience in processing/managing expense and transaction payments for client investments
• Proficient in email management
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
