Job Description
The Alternative Ops Fund Accounting, AVP role is responsible for managing and enhancing the AOPM function, ensuring seamless delivery of administration, performance, and operational services for asset owner clients. The role requires strong client management skills, deep knowledge of investment operations of private markets, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, control, and client experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CAIA) preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in investment operations, fund administration, or asset owner services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of private markets (PE, VC, private credit, infrastructure, real estate) and traditional asset classes.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver against complex service requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across senior levels.
