Requirements

• Providing overall direction to a team of staff
• Developing and executing overall business plans
• Managing relationships with clients and key client contacts
• Ensuring process and procedures meet quality standards
• Directing and training subordinate managers and staff
• Reviewing and approving NAV files and reportings
• Developing department budget and staffing projections
• Monitors and approves department expenses
• Assessing operational effectiveness and making suggestions to streamline functions
