Alternative Ops Fund Accounting- Senior Associate

We are looking for a Senior Associate to direct the day-to-day accounting and administration for several client-sponsored investment funds. The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, be able to perform well under pressure, and handle multiple assignments.

Requirements

• Calculate and validate a daily and/or weekly and/or monthly Net Asset Value (NAV) for assigned funds
• Reconcile & review cash daily (no unresolved discrepancies)
• Reconcile/review portfolio positions daily (including equities, bonds, swaps, options, foreign exchange, futures and other evolving derivative instruments)
• Manage day-to-day activities and controls to ensure consistency of policies and adherence to procedures
• Identify and analyze operations risks related to current and potential business and recommend procedural changes and controls as needed
